Access is limited to ICO Dental Group personnel and service providers who need the information to operate the inquiry service. We do not sell provider inquiry information. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal or operational requirements.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry information. Use the provider inquiry form and enter “Privacy request” as the practice name so the team can route your request appropriately.
