STORAGE

Protect every aligner.

  • Always store your aligners in the case when not in use.
  • Keep away from heat, pets, and young children.
  • Do not wrap aligners in tissues or napkins—this can lead to loss or damage.

HOW TO WEAR YOUR ALIGNERS

A confident fit, every day.

Wear Time

Wear your aligners 20–22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink (anything besides water), and clean.

Ensure a snug fit.

Use your finger to gently pull the aligner away from your back teeth.

Slowly remove from one side.

Remove completely.

TIP: If aligners feel tight, wear them as directed. Discomfort usually improves in 1–3 days.

CLEANING & CARE

Clean your aligners daily.

Rinse with lukewarm water every time you remove them.

Gently brush with a soft toothbrush and mild, clear soap.

Rinse and soak in aligner cleaner or tablets for 10–15 minutes.

Will aligners affect my speech?

You may notice a slight lisp at first. This is normal and usually goes away within 1–3 days.

What if my aligner is lost or broken?

If lost or broken, contact your orthodontist right away. Do not skip to the next aligner unless instructed.

Can I drink with my aligners on?

No. Remove aligners before drinking anything other than water to prevent staining or damage.

Is it normal to have discomfort?

Mild pressure or soreness is normal when changing aligners. It means your aligners are working.

Why are attachments on my teeth?

Attachments help the aligners grip your teeth and guide movement. They are safe and essential for treatment.
